By accessing and using Rentalize, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Rentalize is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace that connects item owners with renters. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to rental agreements between users.
Users are responsible for accurately describing items, maintaining items in good condition, and honoring rental agreements. Renters are responsible for returning items in the condition they were received.
Rentalize charges a service fee on each transaction. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Security deposits are held and released according to the rental agreement outcome.
Optional insurance coverage is available on select listings. Insurance claims are subject to review and approval. Coverage limits apply as disclosed at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies vary by listing. Please review the cancellation terms before booking. Cancellation requests after confirmation require mutual agreement.
Rentalize is not liable for damages arising from rental transactions between users. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected on a given transaction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
